FLOWERS: Yeng Tan Floral Designer.www.yengtanfloraldesigner.com.au . Yeng Tan was truly AMAZING! 10 days out from the big day, my original florist pulled out on me at the last minute – long story. I've never been so lost and stressed in all my life!! My mum did a bit of research online, and found Yeng Tan through a flower grower (who ended up being old high school friends – small world). I gave Yeng Tan my brief of what I wanted, over the phone. I had premium flowers chosen and a fairly specific design/layout in mind. She arrived that Sunday with samples of the flowers and the designs I had specified. He attention to what I wanted, was amazing. After a cup of tea and a long chat about everything, it was almost as if she was a part of the family already! My flowers of choice were white ranunculus, double white tulips and white carnations. I wanted a modern elegant feel to the night. Nothing fluffy and no foliage. There were two themes to the tables. I also wanted Carnation Pomanders, a time consuming old fashioned arrangement of carnations in the shape of a ball. Each table was different, and had three glass vases place, with the same flowers on mass in each vase. Plenty of tea light candles, pillar candles, moss and all sorts of wonder pieces finished off the theme, including mirrored centers on the tables, which made the arrangements pop! I have a true passion for floristy, having completed a floristry course, and knowing exactly what I wanted Yeng was SO accommodating.

Yeng offers a very personal wedding flowers service to her clients. We found working with Yeng a very enjoyable experience and one that we would recommend to others. Yeng was very flexible as far as arranging times to meet with her, as we are both in demanding 9-5 jobs. Yeng was very happy to discuss all aspects of our up coming wedding in order to decide on colours and types of flowers and was able to design the flowers around the eme that we had chosen (she also provided us with alternative themes and ideas to ensure we had the best and most appropriate theme for what we wanted.
Yeng was able to assist in providing flowers for the bridal party and flowers at the church, and she went the extra mile to work with the reception venue to ensure the flowers at the reception were just as spectacular and provided the right amount of colour at the reception.
Yeng helped to make our big day very special and memorable. Thank you Yeng for everything that you did for us.

Thanks You so much for our beautiful flowers for our wedding. My bouquet was just gorgeous and I had many people compliment it. And the table flowers were absolutely gorgeous! They were so beautiful and were much more than I was expecting. It was also great that you were able to get the beautiful waratahs for us.
